What are your shipping rates?
Our boxes hold plants in increments of 6, so to make the most of your shipping cost, we suggest you order in increments of 6. Please see the shipping chart below to calculate the cost based on your location and the number of plants ordered. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
When will my plants be shipped?
As of 5/11/23 we are shipping out orders 1 week after they are placed.
What happens in the case of damage?
We take the utmost care to package your plants so they will arrive looking their best. Traveling through the mail may cause some stress, but plants most often bounce back quickly with a little love and care. Please open your package upon arrival, inspect your plants, and follow the enclosed instructions. If there is significant damage and your plants are not recovering after 24 hours please contact us at info@heartsongherbs.com and we will make it right. We want you to be happy!
Will my plants be hardened off?
Yes, your plants will have been hardened off for one week prior to shipping. They are ready to plant after a day of acclimating out of the box.
Why is the shipping page separate from your main site?
We needed a site that would allow for a complex shipping configuration that our main site does not accommodate. Sorry for any confusion with this temporary fix! When you click HOME in the navigation menu it will open our main site in a new window.
Can I order tinctures and plants together?
No. Because the shipping page is separate from the main site ,you will need to place a separate order for tinctures.
Are your seedlings organic
We use organic seed when it is available and we make our own organic potting mix. We do not use any synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Heartsong Herbs follows all organic practices but we are not certified organic.
Why are there some plants on your pick up page that are not listed on the shipping page?
There are a few seedlings that we only offer for pick up because they do not properly fit in our shipping boxes.
